Flash Themes are themes with an "animation" always displayed in the today screen of your device. In order to use a Flash Theme or a QVGA Flash Themes correctly you need to have installed on your pocket pc the following 2 simple things:

The Macromedia/Adobe Flash Player 6.0 installed and available here:

The FLASH THEMES PLAYER 2007 player installed on your device and you can find it at the developer site here. (More details about the player are below in this page).

Once you've installed both 1 and 2 you'll be able to play all the themes called "Flash Themes" and "QVGA Flash Themes".
